We make most of our pieces to order so please allow 2 weeks for your item to be created and dispatched (this does not apply to bespoke or customised pieces—see Bespoke section below).

We do try and keep stock of some items and they may be available for despatching immediately.

If you require a piece on a short turnaround, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate any requirements.

UK Shipping Fees

We use Royal Mail within the UK:

< £50 = £4 (First Class)
> £50 = £7.50 (Special Delivery)

Bespoke

Bespoke and personalised pieces are non-refundable and do not apply to this policy.

Returns

If you’d like to return or exchange your piece, please email us to let us know the reason for your return. Pieces must be returned in their original condition within 28 days. Refunds will only be made once we receive the return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you use a tracked and insured service as we cannot refund on lost products.
