Traceability
We take responsible making very seriously and try to work as transparently as possible. All of the silver and gold used in the main body of our pieces is 100% reclaimed and recycled as standard. We use recycled chains, where possible, and can also offer Fairtrade gold for custom pieces. We work with trusted suppliers to guarantee that our stones are sourced in a responsible manner and can be traced from reputable mines. We can also source Canada Mark diamonds, please enquire for more details.
Sustainability
Within the studio we are working hard to minimise plastic, especially single-use. We have put a lot of research into workshop toxins and now use only environmentally friendly chemicals where required. Our workshop is powered by renewable energy.
Each Behind Bracken piece will come protected in our branded boxes. These are FSC®-certified and the glue, paper and cardboard are all 100% eco-friendly. Boxes are supplied for you to safely store your pieces when they are not being worn however if you do not wish to receive a box, there is an option to limit packaging at check out.
All postal packaging is recyclable.
